Jenny who is originally from Cheshire in North West England lived in the Caribbean for approximately 25 years. She is now based back in the UK. Jenny has extensive knowledge of the sale and purchase of real estate. She heads up our international sales team concentrating on the sale and purchase of properties worldwide. Jenny was brought up in Germany and she speaks fluent German.

With 40 years experience and expertise in private villa rentals and luxury travel, Tim's passion for the Caribbean began in the mid-1980s when he made his first visit to the region, choosing to stay at Anse Chastanet in St. Lucia because of its extraordinary natural beauty. During his stay, he met homeowners whose spectacular villas overlooked the iconic Pitons. After returning to experience some of these exceptional homes over the following years, he realised that staying in a private villa offered something truly special—privacy, space, personalised service, and an indelible connection with the destination.
One of the greatest honours of Tim's career came when Condé Nast Traveler recognised him as their Preferred Villa Expert for the Caribbean and Costa Rica, a distinction he held from 2006 to 2026. This prestigious recognition reflected not only his extensive destination knowledge but also the trusted relationships he built over many years and his unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional, personalised service to every client.
Tim believes the best recommendations come from personal experience, and loves sharing the knowledge he has gained from a lifetime of travelling, living and working in the Caribbean. He is currently based in Costa Rica.
